By purchasing or downloading Whodunit Detective Puzzle Pack v2 from PuzzlePoutTalon Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Commercial License Grant

Your Front-End purchase includes a Commercial Publishing License allowing you to publish the included puzzle interiors and custom-generated puzzles on Amazon KDP, Etsy, Gumroad, or your own print/digital storefronts and retain 100% of your royalties. Unless you purchase the PLR/Agency upgrade (OTO3), you may not resell the raw pack as a competing PLR product.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, email puzzle-pout-talon@duck.com with your receipt for a full refund.

3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All software engines, layout systems, and branding remain the property of PuzzlePoutTalon Studio except as explicitly licensed to you.
